Return & Replacement Policy
At kosine, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure you receive the best product. However, in case of any issues, please read our policy carefully:
- We only offer replacements, not returns.
- Replacements are applicable only if:
- You received the wrong size, or
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product is damaged
Important Requirements
- You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) showing:
- The sealed package being opened
- The issue with the product
- Without this video proof, replacement requests will not be accepted.

- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
