Return & Replacement Policy

At kosine, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure you receive the best product. However, in case of any issues, please read our policy carefully:

  • We only offer replacements, not returns.
  • Replacements are applicable only if:
    • You received the wrong size, or
    • You received the wrong product, or
    • The product is damaged

Important Requirements

  • You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts) showing:
    • The sealed package being opened
    • The issue with the product
  • Without this video proof, replacement requests will not be accepted.

Note

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
